Most of our monitors which we sell are of the highest quality Grade-A, but over time we accumulate a certain amount of "Ugly Ducklings". These are monitors which are working fine, but have certain issues such as a missing swivel base, yellowed case, scratched screens, screen burn, etc. They are still very useable however, and would be ideally suited for use in situations where price is more of a consideration than aesthetics.
