All returns
must be accompanied by an RMA form with a valid RMA number
issued by Sabcal LLC. No returned material will be
accepted without a valid RMA.

All returned
items must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales
invoice.

RMA numbers
issued by Sabcal LLC are valid for 14 days. Items must be
received by us within that time (except overseas
shipments).

Please give a
detailed description of the problem when requesting RMA
authorization. Any items returned without explanation and
having no obvious defect may be subject to labor charges.

Please make
sure that any items returned to us have been tested by
your technician prior to return. Any items returned to us
which are found to have no defect will be subject to labor
charges and returned to you with freight charges due.

All returned
items must be packed carefully to avoid damage during
transit. If possible, please use the
original packaging. Any items received damaged in transit
will not be covered under warranty.

We will
repair, replace or issue a refund for defective items
which are under warranty, at our sole discretion.

Some items
might have to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty
issues. We will inform you in that case.
